It is a privilege to serve as Chair for our amazing charity, which is a voluntary role.  I am a qualified Life Coach and Social worker with a background in Senior Leadership working with children and families.

 

I have been a member of our charity since it began in 2010 and we have made a significant impact through our work.  In my spare time I enjoy being grandma to my delightful grandchildren.  

I have worked in Higher Education, specialising in Admissions, for over 30 years, and previously worked within the NHS. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in leadership, management, and administration, as well as website development.

I joined the Beyond Cancer Committee in July 2012 to support and contribute to the valuable work of the charity.

I am a Social Worker and one of the founder members of Beyond Cancer.  Being diagnosed with breast cancer was a pivotal point in my life.  From the diagnosis to now, my life has changed and a new journey began for me.  

 

I am proud to say that I am a survivor of breast cancer.
